1. Introduction
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Spring concerning your use of the Spring App.
By downloading or using the Spring App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
2. License Grant
Spring grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Spring App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Compliance with App Store and Google Play Policies
You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Spring, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and that Spring is solely responsible for the Spring App and its content.
4. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Spring App.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Spring App or any part thereof.
5. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Spring may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software, to facilitate updates and product support.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Spring.
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s).
7. External Services
The Spring App may enable access to Spring and third-party services and websites. Use of these services may require Internet access and that you accept additional terms.
8. No Warranty
The Spring App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind.
Spring does not warrant that the Spring App will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Spring be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Spring App.
10. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the Spring App are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial City (DIFC).
